Book a Personal Session
All personal sessions will be a duration of 75 minutes. Each athlete will be put through a series of drills to enhance their skills. The personal sessions will be tailored to each athlete. Our coaches pride ourselves on being as intentional as possible so you also have the option to let us know what primary skill you would like us to focus on each session. All personal sessions must be booked at least 48 hours before the session. Come ready to compete, get better and train like a champion!
